  • Overview

    The Post Closing Assistant is responsible for scanning loan documents into the system, data transfer and data integrity between Union Home and its sub-servicers/investors.  Additional duties to be assisgned as needed.


    • Audit information on loan closing documents
      • Parcel Number, Escrow balance, Monthly Payment, Flood certification, hazard insurance, etc.
    • Compile and manage daily loan activity reports
    • Ensure accturate delivery of data from Union Home to sub-servicers/investors
    • Complete and activate mortgage insurance certificates on conventional loans.
    • Communicate effectiviely and troubleshoot errors with both internal and external partners
    • Scanning, filing, data entry duties

    Education & Qualifications

    • High school diploma or equivalent
    • At least 1 year of office experience a plus
    • Ability to work effectively in a team, as well as independently
    • Detail- oriented and thorough
    • Excellent time management skills
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills
    • Desire to work in a fast-paced environment
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel
