    Responsibilities

    • Provide one-on-one support – by phone, chat, screen-sharing or email – to loan officers who need hands-on assistance, in real-time, with marketing and digital tools (i.e., CRM or social media).
    • Know available training resources, understand how to help loan officers use resources and work to continuously improve content of training materials to match ongoing needs.
    • Be the voice of our loan officers, communicating their needs and pain points to help the marketing team develop resources to meet loan officer goals.
    • Create content for marketing materials, including social media, blogs, flyers and other print or digital collateral.
    • Update records and enter data into marketing systems, including CRM, social media and websites.
    • Work in a ticket system to intake, process and update marketing requests.
    • Communicate clearly and directly with marketing team members, loan officers and other UHM Partners to ensure clarity of assignments, progress, status and questions.
    • Follow established marketing processes and being mindful enough to recommend opportunities for improvement when you see/feel them.
    • Contribute to department brainstorms for creating purposeful, strategic marketing solutions for a growing national mortgage brand.

    Education & Qualifications

    • 0-2 years experience in marketing. Corporate experience a plus.
    • Bachelor’s degree in relatable area or proven experience in marketing.
    • Experience with digital tools, including CRM, email marketing, social media, social media scheduling tools, website publishing tools (CMS) or analytics.
    • Initiative to learn new skills and the drive to seek out resources to make it happen.
    • Patience to support all levels on using marketing assets and digital tools.
    • Professional phone, email, chat and screen-sharing skills.
    • Positive attitude, optimistic outlook and willingness to be an integral part of a powerful team.
